Your privacy matters to us. This page explains which data we collect when you use the Sultan Al Shahla website, and why.
What we collect
- Order data: name, phone number, email, delivery address and the products you order.
- Account data (if you create an account): name, email, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses.
- Payment data: only the invoice number and the transfer's transaction number. We never see or store your wallet password or PIN.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site, such as necessary cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Why we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To confirm your payment with the payment provider.
- To remind you of an unfinished cart (at most 3 emails), which you can stop with the link in the email.
- To send you offers, only if you agreed to that; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- The payment provider (api-shamcash.com), to create the invoice and check the transfer: the amount, order number and transaction number.
- Delivery: name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as needed to serve you and for our accounting records; account data until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by emailing info@alsultanroastery.com.
