When are the nuts roasted?
We roast small batches every week, so your order arrives fresh and never from old stock.
How do I keep the nuts crunchy?
Close the bag tightly after each use, or keep them in an airtight jar in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. For the best crunch, enjoy them within a month of opening.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to every Syrian governorate. You choose the governorate and address at checkout.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
You see the delivery cost at checkout before you confirm. After confirming, we tell you the expected delivery time for your area.
How do I pay?
You pay with Sham Cash:
- Choose Sham Cash and confirm your order.
- A page shows the amount and the wallet address.
- Transfer exactly that amount in the app and enter the transaction number it shows.
- We check the payment automatically and your order is confirmed.
The invoice is valid for two hours. If it expires, simply order again.
I transferred the money but the site says the transaction isn't visible yet
A transfer can take a minute to appear. Wait a moment and press "I paid, check again". If it still fails, email us with your order number and transaction number.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can order as a guest. An account just makes it easier to follow your orders and save your addresses.
Do you have gift boxes and wholesale?
Yes: gift boxes for occasions (Ramadan, Eid, weddings, corporate gifts) and wholesale orders. Email us the quantity and occasion and we'll send you an offer.
Allergens
All our products are nuts and seeds, prepared in the same place as pistachios, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts and sesame. If you have a nut allergy, please do not consume them.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out quickly. Details are in the Terms and Conditions.
