1. Who we are
Sultan Al Shahla is an online shop for roasted Syrian nuts and seeds, selling and delivering within Syria only. Contact: info@alsultanroastery.com.
2. Products
- Our products are natural; their look or colour may differ slightly from the photos.
- Stated weights are net weights, with a small packing tolerance.
- Allergy notice: all products contain nuts or seeds and are prepared in the same place as peanuts, sesame and other nuts.
3. Prices
All prices are in Syrian pounds. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but a confirmed order keeps the price it was placed at.
4. Ordering and confirmation
An order is confirmed once its payment is confirmed. In case of an obvious price error or a sold-out product, we contact you and refund the full amount if you do not want to continue.
5. Payment
Payment is by Sham Cash. After you confirm, an invoice valid for two hours is created; you transfer exactly that amount and enter the transaction number. We never ask for your wallet password or PIN.
6. Delivery
We deliver to every Syrian governorate, to the address you enter. Please make sure the address and phone number are correct; delays or returns caused by a wrong address are the customer's responsibility.
7. Returns and damaged or incomplete orders
- As these are food products, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- If a product arrives damaged, wrong or missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund its value.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order applies.
